Your documents

You must own or have sufficient permission and a lawful basis to upload and process each document. Do not upload confidential information, trade secrets, privileged communications, credentials, export-controlled material, health information, children’s data or other sensitive personal data to a public demonstration.

Model and extraction limits

Deterministic extraction and language models can omit, misclassify or invent information. Agreement interpretation depends on the complete document family, amendments, incorporated policies, governing law and surrounding facts. Exact cited clauses remain the source of truth. Verify outputs with the source documents and obtain qualified professional advice for decisions with legal, financial or operational consequences.

Temporary service

Sessions expire after 6 hours and may be deleted earlier. Keep your own copy of all documents and results. The operator may restrict or stop access to protect the service or other visitors.

Prohibited use

Do not attempt to bypass quotas or isolation, probe other visitors’ sessions, upload malicious files, interfere with LM Studio or the host, violate third-party rights, or use outputs as the sole basis for decisions about an individual.

Open-source software

The source project is provided under its repository licence and without warranties. These deployment terms do not replace the open-source licence. A person operating a public copy must add their own enforceable terms, governing-law details and organisation-specific policies after appropriate legal review.
